My Weekly Balance
My Weekly Balance
We all want to achieve balance in our lives. But when things are hectic and fast-placed, it’s easy to forget to take care of ourselves and the people we love.
Your Body, your Mind, your Soul and your Emotions are inter-related. What happens to one affects the other!
Use this planner to keep yourself accountable, so that you don’t brush off your goals and are reminded to encourage balance in all aspects of your life.
How to use:
Each sheet is to be used for one week only.
The planner is divided into four columns representing a different aspect of life ( Body, Emotions, Mind and Soul). Each column contains a list of actions which help support and nurture each aspect.
Try to practice 3-5 actions from each column every day.
Once you have completed one action, check the circle next to it to note which day of the week it was completed.
Please use the free space provided to add your own actions to each column .
Once you have complete a page, save it so you can look back to see how balanced your life is and which areas you need to pay more attention to from week to week.
Pick a mantra at the start of the week: Select something that you’d like to work on. Select something that you'd like to work on. Focus on believing, and start channelling that new mindset. There are a few different ways you can write your mantra.
You can place MyWeeklyBalance® on your desk, pin it up on your bedroom wall or on the fridge, tuck it inside your diary pocket or planner - anywhere visible enough to remind you to embrace you mantra and welcome the acts of balance into your life.
Remember to make note of any Synchronicities that may occur.
